why do some ppl do it? because in real life thier probaly ugly, have no life, are complete nerds, so when they hear a girl the go "OMG a girl on halo 3, I should flirt with her, and then she may become the only girlfriend i have ever had, and i don't even get to ever she her just hear here voice" really its only the nerds who flirt over XBL.

In my honest opinion, flirting with girls in Halo is COMPLETELY pointless. Why go around wooing girls you don't even know, or follow them around and "protect" them when you have a game to play? "Protect" meaning following the girl(s) around and stand-up teabagging them.

although you might now be direct with your flirts flirting can mean different things just matters how you put it for example a guy who doesn't say anything when a girl is in a game s othat she will think he is nice and will talk to him as a buddy is flirting....just not directly flirting

Tell you what, I play with at least 4 or 5 girls on XBL quite often. I know at least one of them is definately hot (she should be, we live together..) The others, I dont really care what they look like, their skill is pretty good and can usually leave a trail of bodies where they go. It is annoying to listen to all the idiots trying to 'hit' on my girl during a game, though sometimes their idiocy makes me laugh quite hard! Ladies, I give you credit for putting up with the immaturity level you have to deal with at times.

Its because 99.8 % of gamers on XBL are male, so when a girl comes on and they hear her voice, they go crazy. Oh and alot of people on XBL are -blam!- creepy so they will like stalk the girl... Anyways Im always nice to the girls on xbl, ;)

I learned that playing with a girl only leads to me getting frustrated...It's so -blam!- annoying hearing the guys in the game just being nice to her, sweet talk, ect. It's pathetic. It makes me want to kill them [i]all[/i]... Then the girl falls for it...which makes me want to get Dr Phil in the game and say "What were you thinking?". Then she leaves the guy for another guy. Cycle repeats, I grow angry. And [i]angrier[/i]...

That's exactly what it is. It pisses me off whenever I come across someone, a guy acting like that to a girl. It gives the rest of a us a bad image, lol.
