Ascendant motes ???
I need to upgrade my armor but the glitch with ascendant motes needs fixed. Like soon.

Same problem here, bought 3 FWC Hunter equipment there and found out the ascendant motes don't exist. Also a friend of mine got a FWC hunter helmet, but from an engram I think, and it showed it need actual ascendant shards. So is the shop keeper's inventory bugged or something? Anyways I hope this is fixed at the weekly reset.

Bungies just posted that they are working on the fox for the armor now and to hold on to the armor we currently have hopefully we will have our fix soon.

1 ReplyI was having this problem too. Go to the daily or weekly missions, set level to hard and it should list Ascendant shards as a reward. It will show the rewards for completing the mission before you partake

Youre better off buying boots and gauntlets, ect that dont have to have them. Thats what I did and now Im close to 29. Also I broke down those legendaries for some shards for my new crap.

I've dismantled 2 pieces of legendary armor that said it would give me ascendant mote, only to get ascendant shards. Fix now!

Same problem for FWC gauntlets and chest for hunter, I have tried restarting game, equipping items, transferring to vault and bank. Would be nice to see this resolved soon.

1 ReplyI thought they would fix this in a jiffy. So far my FWC gear hinders my progression. Really feel that we should be compensated some how ... like equivallant FWC rank progression added to current vanguard.

I have a Legendary Helmet (maxed out but can't upgrade because lack of Shards, same goes with my Exotic Gauntlets, Legendary Chest Armor, and Legendary Boots)
