Bungie Store does not accept VISA Credit Cards? [UPDATE3] [SOLVED]

[b]#UPDATE_1, 2 and 3 posted beneath[/b] Hej everyone, yesterday I tried to order some Bungie gear (a few shirts and a hoodie) in the new Bungie Store. Once I am at the checkout and enter my payment information, I get a bad gateway error that the credit card was declined (see attached screenshot). I am living in Sweden right now. I tried both my Swedish as well as my German VISA card (both are working totally fine with other services). I have already order Bungie gear in the past (back in the days Bungie was handling the checkout via Amazon Payments, which worked totally fine). It seems now that their shop is running using "Shopify" this isn't the case anymore. Additional information: I tried also both having a Swedish and a German Billing address in combination with each Credit Card, while letting it ship to the US (I am using Borderlinx to import from US to Europe which also worked fine in the past). Do you have any experiences, suggestions, clues or advice? I am a long time Bungie fan and would like to order some gear. What is the best way to do this now for a European citizen? I did two things: I had a chat with the support from Shopify and sent an email to the Bungie Store customer support. 1. Chat with Shopify customer support After having a conversation with the support person, it seems that there is an issue with the payment server on Bungie's side. The support person filed a report and ensured me to contact the shop owner about my case. 2. Support email replay from Bungie Store customer service The Bungie Store support replied to my previous email and stated [i]"I believe that there has been an issue with the payment server for the past few days. We are aware of it and working on getting it cleared up. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."[/i] So it seems that a) it isn't particularly a problem with European credit cards, but with the payment server in general and b) they are aware of it and working on it. I guess they will soon fix the problem. I will keep trying ordering my gear. As soon as I have any news, I will report them here. Cheers, Dexter [b]UPDATE_2 from 2014-09-26[/b] It seems that they removed the option to pay via VISA card completely at this moment (the VISA logo in the payment dialog disappeared). Well, at least something is happening I guess. [b]UPDATE_3 from 2014-10-02[/b] As by this moment, it seems that the issue with not accepting any VISA credit cards has been solved. I was able to successfully place my order. Also the VISA logo appeared at the very bottom of the store again.
