just a question what is the point of the arm bands capes and sweat towels that we get I know that there are a few that increase rep for factions but what about the other rare or legendary ones should these not at least have a perk of their own like reducing a cooldown or increased ammo cap cause as far as I can tell they have absolutely no use sure they look nice but this isn't a fashion game its a shooter
