I have the same problem on Xbox One, except my camera looks up by its self. If im in any view it does it, first or third person. Heres hoping for a fix. I remember having this same problem when Defiance launched on the 360. Dont worry, if this is our only problem we're doing good. Lots of people cant even play. All mmo's have problems at the start, we just have to be patient.
