Has anyone from Bungie reached out to the IT dept at Alfred University yet? They keep dodging the topic of the patch and are trying to claim it's my router that's the problem.

Word bro. I just emailed Bungie again tonight about the problem. Hopefully I get a reply or status update about it this time. Maybe if enough off us here at the university contact ITS they'll have to do it. Like 35,000 a semester isn't enough for one update...
