Not if you pay attention, see the guy coming and pull out your shotty or fusion, you can one shot him before he can cut you.

Two reasons this is such a struggle. Firstly if you see a bladedancer coming with enough room to pull out your fusion rifle and charge it, he is really bad. Most of the bladedancers that I fight run around a corner and slice me right there. But I'll go along with this scenario. The hunter with his Blink Strike/Blink and fast movement will be in the bubble and you'll be dead before you have time to switch to a fusion, charge it and shoot it. If you pull out a shotgun at that point of time it is simply who has the better connection and if you're lucky you'll trade. What ISN'T being mentioned here is that by this point of time the Hunter could have killed your entire team already. Forget the argument of "This super beats this" how about this: Tell me one other class who can pop their super and then teleport around and kill an entire team. OR even MOVE around after using their super and kill an entire team. I'll make it easy for you: Defender Titans can pop their bubble and then if they use it properly they can easily get 3+ kills. They MUST remain in the vicinity of their ward though or they will most likely die. Sunsinger Warlocks - I know almost nothing about this class but I know when they pop Radiance they do more damage and become tankier. I highly doubt they could nuke an entire team though. Gunslinger Hunter - With the overpenetration perk on Golden gun, the only class that can be mobile while killing multiple enemies over time with their super is...the hunter. No other class has the amount of mobility and duration of supers that hunters do.In both subclasses a hunter can be mobile and rack up multiple kills with their super. Do I think that arcblade should be nerfed? Maybe slightly, but no time soon. People need time to figure out talents and classes before Bungie starts dropping the nerf bat on things. I'm simple pointing out that in comparison to the other supers in the game ArcBlade is indeed overpowered in most cases simply because it has the lowest Risk and highest reward of all of the super except MAYBE Ward of Dawn or Nova Bomb.
