I haven't had it, but you're supposed to try forwarding all of destiny's ports. You can find them easily with a google search. I recommend making your consoles ip static and then use that static ip to forward the ports needed. Give that a try! That's all I know.

I had looked up what to do on the bungie site and it didn't tell me anything use full and I don't know how to set up the static address or the port forwarding and I don't want to screw up anything and make it worse, that's my only issue.

You can easily find a video on how to set a static ip on an Xbox or playstation. I just googled "how to get open NAT Xbox one" and found a video with a step by step on making a static ip. And then find "destiny ports" through google and there will be a link to a bungie page that shows the ports. He video I found also shows how to port forward. Hope this helps :)
