For the record I don't think the game is perfect either. I agree that it has its flaws. I don't want to give the impression that I'm some stubborn Bungie fanboy. Prior to Destiny I got tired of the Halo series very quickly. By the end I pretty much had to force myself to play through it, just to get some sense of closure I guess. And during that time I've slowly learned that Bungie does in fact have a tendency to over-hype and under-deliver some aspects of their games. So maybe I've grown numb to that and instinctively lowered my expectations of Destiny. You make a lot of fair points about Destiny's launch content being pretty lackluster and stale. To some extent I actually agree with you. I just hope people give it a chance in the long run rather than give up this early on. I think if Bungie takes some of the criticism to heart and really throw their butt into gear with future content, the franchise can grow into be something that offers a very entertaining and rewarding experience. They've got a long road ahead to fill all the hype they've started, but personally I haven't given up quite yet.
