masterpiece my ass.
Maybe you should go play the last of us on the ps3 or remastered on ps4 if you want to see a masterpiece. Destiny is short, bugged and at this point at lvl 27 and with all kegendary and exotic gear and out of content.... boring. Sad I like many others really wanted thi game to live up to the hype.. Or maybe that is exavtly what caused it to fail to much hype. Come on ppl the game is bland. Sure it is fun at first. Then you realize this is the same story another over hyped game that fails to deliver. M/Pis lagged out, hell even the strikes run off the same boards as the short uneventful story. Sad tbh I was hoping this would finally have decent game that isnt a ps3 fps 1080p upgrade for the ps4 but this sadly isnt it. HIt me up when you get some more content maybe it will be worth checking out for a couple days.

24 RepliesSo many gamers now just want movies with quick time events. Last of us gameplay is absolutely TRASH compared to this game. All these big games that get great reviews (uncharted, last of us, etc) are just movies with quick time events and totally lack GAMEPLAY. Hey can someone remind me the story of mario? From what I remember, the story is you're a plumber rescuing a princess from a bad guy. [i]So[/i] much story there (sarcasm). Mario is one of the greatest must fun games ever made, why GAMEPLAY. This new generation of gamers don't understand what makes a game great, its the gameplay. I'm sure barnes and nobles still have plenty the choose your own adventure books on their shelves if that's the type of experience you want. If want a game that is insanely fun to PLAY (not watch) get destiny. I'm tired of the new gaming generation.

Apples and oranges. Yes The Last of Us is a masterpiece and roller coaster of emotion. The game is about the STORY. Destiny is a completely different game. It's about the loot and the grinding. As people knew that are familiar with the genre. Don't compare the 2.

You feel free to be the first rat to jump the sinking ship.. i for one am staying with the Officers and captain and try to streamline this vessel into a warship. 3 RepliesThanks bud, I am just level 23 and my last hope was that higher levels would unlock awesome assassinations that would break the painfully dated multiplayer crucible. The PvP is not going to keep anyone coming back, Reach, halo 4 is still years ahead of this (battlefield too) and role playing like farming for gear "just to say you have it" is frustrating and an insult to serious gamers that played the hell out of halo 1 and thereafter. The whole game feels like farming, my team mates only value is to add more bullets to the bullet sponge and provide a spawn beacon.... Its just like standing outside a cave shooting them as they spawn.... only its and end guy... same. I am grateful to know that there is no door opening, no magical ability that moves us beyond what I am experiencing, no shattering innovation that will awe and shock us all... I am not going to waste my time anymore playing this crap. I am feeling like I am still playing the BETA to earn the real game but it NEVER comes... I am glad alot of kids like this game, but serious first person shooter fans will disappear as soon as Hardline comes, serious RPG'ers are gone, next assassin creed... cuz really, its just farming for digital uselessness.

Well yeah that's why it failed for you, you fell for the hype. Never do that for something that barely shares anything with you during development. A lot of other people will follow you shortly once the hype wears off for them too lol.

The best part of Destiny is the visiuals. The rest is broken or unbalnced. Legendary and exotic drops should never happen in pvp. Smd pve needs to be buffed big time with consistsnt boss drops snd the AR and scout rifle need to get damage buffs big time.
