Communication?. Like what yell at someone, behind you! get to cover, etc?. Teamwork I think they mean no rushing. Reviving. And good cover?. Mic isn't needed.

no. due to how brutal the raid is and the metric -blam!- tonne of enemies that can wipe you if you take one wrong step the team needs constant communication to track where everyone is, where all the enemies are etc. its seriously not as simple as telling people to get behind cover, otherwise people would beat it easily. the guys right though, without being able to talk you'd fail the raid miserably.
