What are your names for Characters/Creatures in Halo 3?
Personally, I call Grunts Jihadders due to their tendancy to stick themselves and run at you.

I call the carrier flood bloomers because they look like they are granny bloomers ( a fat granny)

Back in halo one days, I used to call sgt. Johnson Scotty. I would drive him around on the tank for as long as possible because he was the best shot (and had the best lines). I even reverted to save if he died.

Mongoose = Monty Needler = crap, anything that deals with it being bad because I'm so used to Halo CE and Halo 2 where it WAS crap. Warthog = Toyota (sometimes) Ghost = Shiny (friends little sister called it that and it stuck ever since.)

Me and my best frinds use these terms: Grunts: Depdends on color, Normal: Grunts, Green: Gunner, Red: Bloodys, Blacks: Opticals Brutes: Big Boys Jackels: Snipes Infection flood: Pods Brute Flood: Brutes Tank flood: mobiles Flood carriers: Pods and finaly Brute Cheiftans: The big guy with a hammer who wants to smash your head in and eat your brain inside out guy (<--- True)

this sounds so stupid.... however...u asked.... When i first played halo i was 9 years old and in 3rd grade. I had never seen a scary movie, let alone liked scary things....so i was playing 343 guilty spark...for the first time..i had not payed any attention to the story...only to find out that while wlaking around a giant thing just jumped really high and beat me down with its arm... the first thing that game to my mind was an onion..just jumped up...and pwned me in the face. I also agree with these two -blam!- buggers. Grunts are pimps. Brutes make me soooooooo mad. So i get angry, and then i go crazy, swearing at them teabagging them, shooting them after their dead, all to get my anger out. I pretty much hate all enemies, and start swearing at them (especially on Legendary), except for Grunts, Elites (which are allies) and Hunters, who are all bad ass thugs. p.s. Grunt Birthday Party is the BEST skull.

I call Grunts "stupid -blam!- little Grunts" due to their tendency to nade spam, turret spam, vehicle spam and Fuel Rod spam.

Me and probably most other players have names for the bad guys you couldn't put in an R movie. I've even found myself making up swears.
