Hello from Bungie. We are working diligently to provide information that helps players resolve their Destiny issues. We are finding that many guardians are quite adept at coming up with new and interesting solutions to a number of the error codes they receive. If you received an error code and were successfully able to fix the issue, post your steps here.   • i purchased a body armor from the vanguard vender the got a arm armor and it gave me a copy of the body armor this is a serious waste of my effort i want a refund for my in game purchase this is bull shit now i have to wait anouter week of effort and be behind every one because os your faulty programing

  • At this point I don't even care of it gets fixed or not, I'll get my refund if it doesn't. Just please make a public statement saying whoever was in charge of server stability and connectivity issues gets canned. I've never experienced anything like this with another online game. Open NAT, ports forwarded, 60 mb down 20 up. Every other online game I have runs perfectly fine. Streaming any content anywhere at HD quality, works fine. This is a massive -blam!- up on YOUR end. Quit asking us to fix this and put your people to work.

    Get this: Since the servers upgrade, I literally cannot play the game: every 2 minutes i get disconnected with caterpillar error if I start a story quest, i get disconnected with newt error if I start a crucible match or I am the only one player in the Tower if I drop on... I have tried everything suggested: got a NAT type 2 on the PS4, checked if another device makes some interference with the wifi signal, uninstalled and reinstalled the game (during the reinstall got the same issue), forward every port suggested on the router, got a static IP connected to the DMZ, checked if my ISP is filtering P2P but nothing serena to work! The @BungieHelp did not respond... The descriptions of both errors says that is am issue related to test on the game servers, so I'm wondering, how much time did those tests will take to be completed? Today I will try with a different ISP and resetting the PS4, but I'm losing all hopes... No customer suggested fix worked... I'm beginning to think there's a problem with my account... PSNID: Lqd_Snk from Italy, if you would check...

  • I've been getting centipede since launch along with a few others. I'm on a home network and have tried opening all ports and yet I still get kicked. It seems to be worse since the so called hot fix

  • I think i speak for most Guardians here when I say that I love this game (the three days that it worked for me). We'd just like some kind of explanation as to why things are not working and some solutions (THAT WORK) to our problems.

  • All I ask is that I'm not alone in the tower and maybe play a pvp every now and then? I mean it worked fine till yesterday ....oh crap did the Darkness come while I was in the bathroom!....now I'm all alone with the vendors ?

  • I've been getting canary since I got the game, update made it worse. My internet runs fine, 60mbps. All other games work fine online and I stream shows off Hulu no problem, so don't try and blame my network. I get disconnected only when I go to a destination. Nothing I've tried fixes the problem. I don't understand why bungie or Activision can't come forward, man up and take the blame. Clearly your game doesn't work for everyone. If it continues not to work then I will demand a refund for your faulty product.

    • I am at Adrian College in Michigan.I have my own router and am hooked up to a 5G connection. I was able to play yesterday for the first time after having the centipede error since the launch. I got on today and me along with my friends are getting the centipede error again. What happened? why did it work and now its not?

    • I was getting all the error codes but the one solution that worked for me was the one posted for the "anteater" error code. I followed the instructions from the portforward.com page. I used their software to make my ip static. Forwarded my ports recommended by xbox live ( I was unable to forward the ports recommended by Bungie because my router won't let me forward that many ports). Set my xbox 360 to a static ip address and then it worked. I get a error message whenever I start the game that tells me my Nat is strick and it may affect some features. So far I haven't noticed any other problems. May lose connection to servers once every other day now. Hope this helps.

      ( I don't speak english =/) I get disconnected every time that I pass the game introduction, the only thing that I can do is creating characters... Tried different routers, accounts and nothing happens. I receive a error message saying that couldn't connect with destiny servers, my multiplayer permission could changed or my account could be connected in another place, and another message from my PS4 saying that the app couldn't use the network resources... Everything else is working fine, netflix, other games, Xbox One, Wii U and other devices.

    • I found that there is totally no problem when im joining ongoing pvp matches. Everywhere else there is hare, rabbit and other sh.t bugs attack.

    • The -blam!-ing joke is that im totally able to play without a single error via PHONE on LTE connection, but i can't play on 50mbs broadband becouse of errors.

    • I'm on PS4. I can't join any fireteam for anything, period. All i can do is play single player game. This is not what I paid $100.00for. I cant even talk to anyone about this. No feedback whatsoever.

    • I don't know what the hell these FLY or BEE or any other type of errors are, all I know is that I have bad internet cause its all that is available where I live, ~5mbs from centurylink. I can play all sorts of games on my PC like LoL and the such that require good interent and I rarely lag or disconnect and the same goes for the other Xbox games I play. Yet when I go to play Destiny I lose connection around every 25 minutes or when I run into another player in the game world. So this means I can't play with my friends nor can I complete crucible games to earn rewards. So what I propose is that you either make your servers better for people who can't do jack about their internet or you make crucible rewards appear like they do in the Story, random drops from players instead of rewards at the end. I have put almost 50 hours into Destiny and only have a level 21 character because I cant get the rare and legendary drops I need from Crucible. And for any who ask, my NAT is open despite it's piss-poor speeds.

    • This is Bungie's customer support/problem & solution method? A forum. You'd think with hundreds of millions of dollars you'd be able to hire 20 people and install 20 phones to talk to [b]some[/b] of these people.

        • i just went on to destiny on my xbox one. as ive said previously I have encountered a canary error code, where I can access the game for about 5-10 minutes an then I get kicked back to the title screen. before I began playing I thought id time how long it would take me to access my character and be able to play. I tried this twice and both times it was exactly 7 minutes 35 seconds. this was while playing on the crucible, but this happens no matter what I do on destiny, I have no problems accessing game modes or story missions. but without fail, for the past few days I have been kicked many times within an hour. every solution I have found I have tried, yet known of them work. ive restarted my console, restarted my internet connection, tried the static IP address and even port forwarding. NOTHING has worked, and now im stuck with broken game and in a serious pissed off mood. please do me and everyone else experiencing this problem a huge favour, and at least acknowledge this fault and deliver some sort of feedback!

          • Two frustrated gamers on a home, wired network, with all ports forwarded, cannot join a fireteam to play Destiny together. Other games? No prob. Have had Destiny for a week+, and we're still waiting for the light bulb to go on over Bungie's head. Interestingly, we have had success playing it simultaneously, separately; the moment we join a fireteam together, the one who joined is booted from Live, completely. And the fluffy part that you don't care about? I bought it for my husband's birthday - he wanted to play it with me. So much for that pipe dream, lol.

          • Sadly I guess it's happen to myself now as well. Been playing everyday and now I get this. I see people on my friends list are playing. So not everyone is having issues.             • I keep getting #BEE frequently. Haven't been able to complete a game since leveling up to 20 which coincidentally was around the time the last update came out. I've tried the static IP, port forwarding and even connecting directly to the modem. It's disappointing to say the least. [quote]#help[/quote]
