Ending of Destiny anticlimactic
I thought it was... What do you guys think? Was the ending good or bad???

I liked it but I see a lot of people didnt. Btw if you check the Black Garden card in the grimoire it says that the events there were probably part of something bigger.

The ending made the entire game seem like a prologue. It makes some sense since it is literally the beginning of the story, but it really just made questions to be answered later on, while answering very few.

?? They left it at a cliffhanger. Next follow on to the story will be around the dept you owe the queen which I can't wait for. I think bungie are doing something similar to guild wars 2 with having a story that continues each month or something like that :)

I agree. However, I don't like to see it as the end of the game. More story is coming that isnt the dlc. So I see the story that has been released so far is just bungie "setting the stage". Who knows where this story goes after the upcoming dlc.

Incredibly anticlimactic, and what's worse, is that it wasn't even JUST anticlimactic, the entire story almost didn't doesn't even exist. There's really no motives or explanation for anything that happens.

It was kind of lame that we "killed" a god by beating three statues. But I would like to see the next chapter

Get in the complaint line, dude That whole story was crap. Even if it was just a small part it was still utter crap.

Yeah yeah its not the END end, but still it was anticlimactic. Ghost is talking about killing gods and then light being restored to the Traveler or some crap and all the while I'm just sitting here like o_O what the heck is going on?!?! The final moments of the final mission were confusing to me, and then theres the speaker giving a vague speech about some apparent victory that seems somewhat... unexciting. To top it all off the player isn't even there, like they're not even important enough to get a nod from the speaker, as if everything that just happened wasn't our achievement. Yeah. I love this game but the story seemed a bit jumbled, it lacked a certain coherence that I think any actual story needs. I still don't understand what I was supposed to be doing once I got into the final mission, it seemed like a bit of a mess to me.

It was pretty lame. I really hope we get more bang for buck in the future.

It's not the end dude. The first set of story missions is only the first part of the story.
