legendary engrams giving rare items?
Why does every legendary engram I find end up giving me rare items? Useless rare items to boot. This is beginning to -blam!- me off because it's not like legendary engrams are easy to come by

7 RepliesI've heard if you max the criptarchs rank he gives you one free exotic engram. But idk his max level. And you could still get screwed there by getting a different class item from your exotic. But at least exotics will only give you exotics.
