those are the last words of halo 2 ( you know the crappy ending ).....so what does this mean HALO 3 ....the end of a great game with a fuc*ing end ......no more HALO for millons of people ....what BUNGIE ....what's next ......I want answers ....I want to know .....serously I'm very dissapointed ....I though that HALO2 was the end ..and that HALO 2 was the best game in the history of the games .............

Has anyone watched the clip after the credits are finished rolling when you beat the game? It is a bit of an interesting scene....

The ending was great in some ways, cinematic, compelling, tense. I think the only reason everyone is so dissapointed and pissed off is because they want to keep playing this amazing game, and are angry because the game has stopped. so bungie should ignore all these negative comments..they have created some kick ass gameplay and graphics, and I hope it wont be long untill halo3.. those urban levels where the best I ever played, in any game. -Tom

You guys are just pissed cuz you didn't get what you were chatting about for months on end. Well Bungie never said it was gonna be as good as we thought. They didn't say -blam!-, rumors started, and we expaced a lot, and now we're pissed we didn't get it.

I wouldn't have minded the ending if a) the last level was a master chief level OR b)the last level was climactic, had a surging musical score and was generally a great level to play OR c) i had the slightest idea it was the ending before the credits began.

Finishing the game is just half the fun.. I love halo 2... Besides it's "Finishing this fight" ;)

To all of you who have not read the little part in Gameinformer about the Halo3 coming out for xbox2 . here it is plain and simple. this is the hit series, i love the ending i am just prepareing for 3 by trying to fight in legendary.beat it by yourself without dying once, then complain about the ending. the story was great. I played through it twice and im gonna do it atleast 30 more times. before i level hop, so enjoy it and for cryin out loud ,stop crying about a good midway point of the story. the only thing i would get a little upset about is the contradicting stories of the book "halo:first strike" how spartains did survive but were no where to be seen in the game. and thats all i have to say. Its still a great game. No one ever said that it would be the BEST game in the history of video games.. The HYPE did that. I guess the only way you you to understand why a game comes out the way it does is if you actually understand what goes on in producing a game. I know so I completely understand and like Halo2 very much.
