Vanguard Armory?

I pre ordered the game on PSN with the Digital Guardian Edition and I can't get any vanguard items. When it pre loaded it said that it couldn't download and it won't let me redownload it from the store. It just says that it is installed. Help?

We'll go check the vanguard guy and see if you have greens to buy. If it's not there go to psn in settings and hit restore licenses
