Honestly just an email to your IT department asking what they changed since other universities are experiencing the same problem would be helpful. Any information is information we don't have and could put us one step closer to playing Destiny at our own colleges. Please consider trying to get some information from them, as you have gone through what we have and we all would like to play like you can. A small effort from your IT department could save us all the hassle of waiting with our fingers crossed.
