Details man, DETAILS! Also which console? Or both? Hell you should be able to email the IT Department, it's not that late in the day you shouldn't get an answer.

Our IT building is only open till 4:30PM CST, and right now it's 5:39PM. I would not be able to reach them right now, but I'll send out an email thanking them and asking if they can spare us some details on how they did it anyways. I'll keep everyone posted on this!

As much detail as you can get would be nice. Especially in copy paste form so we can send it to our own IT services.
