People who are getting contacted, how long does it take for them to reply to the first email? And do they only reply if you email them with the email linked to your bungie account? Because I used my university email to contact them

I used my university email and they contacted me back, because they don't post the email on their site, they hand it out, they can be fairly sure they asked for you
