in the USA they are working thing out with the ITs of universities typical but wo cares about the rest of the world like the USA companys could care less about the world as long as their american customerr are happy the rest of the world is just good to make you more money wheres the support for the people with the same problem but on thier home network worldwide ???

They could possibly get a system down here and apply that to yours over seas and help you out. Since they came in contact with me they've been really nice. I doubt they'll leave you hanging

This is somewhat comforting. At least they are acknowledging the problem and it seems like they are wanting to get this fixed.
