Did anyone else from Kent State get an a message from Bungie? They said they would like to work with our campus IT admin. but I have no idea of the contact info to give them.

Maybe try giving them the help desk phone number? Have them call a rep and get them connected? CALL (24/7): Call the Technology HelpLine at 330-672-HELP (4357) this is for Kent State University
