Everyone this is a problem on their end, I had the same issues at my university but just because I am stubborn I kept trying at random times. Later on in the evening and this morning it worked. Nothing on my end changed, the game servers had less traffic at those times. Those going to their IT department may not find the fix that they need. Things that will help on your end though is to make sure you use a wired connection straight from the wall. Good luck all, this is frustrating. Hopefully it gets better.
