They had several people working on it at that time as well, so hopefully we will have an answer to our problem soon! Edit: Just checked my email, no answers yet.

talked to IT and they said they're aware if the problem and they're currently testing everything and seeing if they can do anything. He didn't promise anything, but I did send him a link of the ports. He said there have been a lot of work orders put in. He said he'll let me know if they find a resolution

Sent the help desk an email but haven't heard anything. Still not working as of a couple minutes ago.

I'm at Samford and I checked with the it team, there is nothing they can do to fix it on their end.

Haven't heard anything yet. They're redoing Franklin's routers today anyway. I'm gonna call help desk when I get out of class
