Enemies with Unknown Level- What do they mean?1
Hello Guys,
I have a question, upon exploring the game I have discovered enemies like Hollow Knights and Dregs that have red and/or yellow question marks in their level box. I am aware these are mini-bossing guarding loot, correct? My question is can they be killed? Only with a Heavy Weapon? (which I haven't found yet) Or do I need to level up more?
Any help would be appreciated.

2 RepliesYou'll see their numbers when you have leveled up some more. Try level 18.

3 RepliesYeah... ??? Means they are way to strong for you. I once encountered a Hallow Knight with ??? Level and I literally did 0 damage to it. Stay away from them until you're a higher level.

They're just much higher level than you. To keep you from exploring everywhere too early.

I think the ??? mean 'not yet - suicidal' Think you have to get closer in level to see a number?
