Update 9/10 3:02 pm:
OIT Help Desk emailed me back. I had contacted them about the ports that Bungie said to open and close for the network. He said that he did that to no avail. He is still working on other solutions and asked me to help test the game. I gave him my phone number and the times I would be available between classes. Hopefully we can get this figured out or Bungie can release something to help with this problem.
