Just do what I do and read this and make suggestions to them. Hopefully they will attempt to listen and make it work. Also you might get a guy that sounds like he is speaking in a whisper and you can't hardly understand him. But from a college point of view us students need an outlet to make our minds not explode and they are hindering this by blocking the P2P stuff.
