Complain to Tech Spot. Spam the hell out them, submit a support ticket or go down to their desk. If we annoy the hell out of them enough maybe they'll unblock the ports.

Just sent an email. I heard from someone that there's proxies bungie is using and the university has to make an exception for the proxies? Not entirely sure if that's the problem.
