Vanguard Armory misleading?
So the art for the code says gear up day one for early access to weapons and gear but it doesnt unlock until level 20? Does it unlock way later for other people or something or what? Just seems like gear up day one for early access seems misleading unless others who didnt download have to wait for a few months regardless of level. Thats the only thing I can think of. I mean dont get me wrong the vanguard stuff is super awesome and the game would be too easy in the lower levels with it.

1 ReplyIt unlocks the level 5 gear. Today there was no shotgun and no scout. You still have to buy the gear, as it is not free. The "good stuff" you're looking at was never going to be part of the early access. It was always going to be locked until level 20. the level 5 gear is not bad. But bottom line is you can loot better stuff. I bought the pulse rifle because I haven't found any other decent guns. My level 3 guns just don't cut it in the level 6 areas. Be brave.

No u hav to be level 5 to access the vanguard armory dude u are looking in the wrong place u are looking at ur vanguard leaders items that he sells u. U hav to go to the icon that says vanguard on the director once ur level five

Except the helmet which had 1 more point in strength than the one I was wearing. Its ok if you like a certain weapon and havnt found a green drop of that type yet. Im using the vanguard fusion rifle because it was the only weapon I hadnt found a better option of by level 5. Even the auto rifle has a better atk score (not by much) but the other stats were worse on the vanguard ar then on the marshal ar you get at level 3
