cant connect a fireteam between xbox 360 and xbox one
please help me figure out why I cant connect my 360 to my xbox one via fireteam. I can see the player but when I send invite they never get it and vice versa. please help was looking forward to playing with my son on this.. thank you

It's just like previous games, cross console can't happen (probably because they're on separate servers) in any next gen/old gen consoles. Unfortunately, else I would have stuck with my 360 longer if I could play with friends on xbone

I had no problems untill the update come out not to mention my friends arnt promoted for an update

You can play with people that don't have your console type. For example Xbox 360 can't play with Xbox One; OS4 can't play with PS3; and so on. I think that its stupid how they do that but it is what it is. For more help or any questions reply to this post or direct message me!

2 RepliesYou can't play with people on two different systems, even if they are in the same system family. All players must be on Xbox One or they all must be on Xbox 360.
