Alright, I'm friends with the It guys at my university (Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA) and this is what I just received from the guy that does their networking. I explained to him the problem might stem from P2P. Ethan, It turns out it’s blocked on our packet shaper, not our firewall. You can’t really add any exceptions into it – so definition updates would need to come from the manufacturer. They may have new ones available; I’ll try to look tomorrow.
