There is nothing to fix. Bungie runs a peer to peer connection. Most universities block p2p. Your university isn't going to unblock the game just because a few thousand or hundred people want to play a video game. And I highly doubt that bungie is going to change their server type. Not really sure what is involved with that but it's probably quite troublesome. It would have been nice to know their service was run as peer to peer because then I wouldn't have even bought the game, knowing I couldn't play it here at uni. It would at least have been nice to play the campaign though. 1st world problems.
