Update from my earlier post about asking the tech guys at campus: They have told us that they're working on it, trying many things here and there. They have also stated that it might be Bungie server as well. They have also told me of a theory which involves the peer to peer thing being closed due to security reasons. If anyone has the peer thing at your campus on and working, but still is not able to play Destiny, please tell me so I can inform our tech guys.
