Update from my earlier post about asking the tech guys at campus:
They have told us that they're working on it, trying many things here and there. They have also stated that it might be Bungie server as well. They have also told me of a theory which involves the peer to peer thing being closed due to security reasons. If anyone has the peer thing at your campus on and working, but still is not able to play Destiny, please tell me so I can inform our tech guys.
Also, here's my(and according to all my guy friends, the entire campus', as we're getting the same error codes) information:
Error Code: Centipede/Baboon/Grape
Murray State University (Murray, KY)
NAT Type: 1
PS4
This girl is pretty sad & pissed about her pretty white brick sitting on the desk right now.

My university uses the P2P restrictions, but I was able to request and get 24 hour access to P2P resources, but I'm still getting Centipede.

I'm at Western Kentucky and its the same here. Haven't contacted IT but im sure someone has. Unfortunately it's likely they won't open the ports needed because of torrenting and security.
