Talked to my IT department at Florida International University they said that they are aware of the issue but since it's not an academic issue than it has no priority....And also they said there's no timeframe on when it'll be fixed.....

Update for Florida International University: The IT department is opening up the necessary ports but it will take about 2 weeks for them to do so.

I'm at Texas State University as well but I live off campus. TWC is my ISP, so it may be that or we're just out of luck.

I am off campus too, also with TWC... This is soo annoying. Got the game at 11am Tuesday and I can't even get past the title screen. Had this issue with the Beta, but I thought it was just Beta issues.... Nope

After contacting my ISP and wireless router manufacturer, I found that I need the modem (which the complex only has access to) to be set to bridge mode before I can allow certain ports though my router. Here's a script of what my wireless router manufacturer said: Virmie P: I apologize for the inconvenience but the only way for you to be able to successfully open the ports on the router is to set the modem to bridge mode. You: That's okay. I'll probably just have to wait for an update from the game that will hopefully fix this issue. You: Thanks for the help, though! Virmie P: You're welcome. Talked to an IT guy and said copper beech has been getting complaints all around US and he said they are trying to fix it and keep emailing bungie on the matter as well

Oh God well at least I know they are trying to fix it because honestly if this isnt fixed by the end of the week then Bungie almost needs to declare this game as a sham on day 1 regardless of anyone else who has played.

The guy I talked to was very nice and helpful and already knew of the issue, I pray tht bungie fixes this or copper changes something on their end by Saturday cause this is terrible....xbox one or 360 for u?
