Nah; 76% right now... That's another thing: when I first installed it, it only took about 20 minutes; but it's been over an hour and 20 minutes just to get to 76 percent. I'm not sure why that would be.

That sounds exactly like what is happening to me. Very fast installation during pre-order, but re-install is taking a long time.
