Didn't change a thing, From my end of things it almost looks like the network Queue for Bungie pushes the client all the way to their servers then for some reason we are De-queued as soon as the server "see's us". That's why some are able to actually able to get further into the game then others because it is taking the Server time to run down its Stack and de-queue any connections it "doesn't like".
I've got some Grad students looking into it. Let's see who gets there first hahaha.
In all reality though, the fix could just be Bungie going in and getting rid of that "de-queue" protocol for all us University internet users. From what I've seen, some connections hold very very well for a brief moment in time then are killed. Very peculiar.
