Error regarding STRICT NAT - incorrectly
Using PS4 and have NAt2. destiny warns me that i have strict NAT, which I don't and my online gameplay will be limited.
Any ideas?

1 ReplyPut your router in DMZ mode. I had the same problem with beta or it could be your Modem needs to be put in Bridge mode. My modem was acting as a modem/router so I put modem in bridge mode and Bing! It worked perfect.

2 RepliesEdited by DubST3Rized: 9/8/2014 6:39:55 PMIf your wireless (WiFi) you can only have a nat type 2. Dont know why they call this strict tho'. Some games call it moderate which is more the norm. You might try changing the console/router to DMZ or port forward, as this should correct this. Maybe wire directly to the router if at all possible. I know that testing the connection w/o actually being connected to the gaming server may show a different nat than may be for said online game. So nat2 might be for psn but strict once you connect to Destiny servers.
