Recommend good war movies.
So I just watched saving private Ryan for the very first time (can you believe it?) And I was wondering if you knew of any other good war movies, preferably WW2 movies, they always seem to be the best, here are some war movies I've seen:
Saving private Ryan
Inglorious bastards
Full metal jacket
Black hawk down
Glory
The pianist (it pretty much counts)
Pearl Harbor
War horse
Lone survivor
The Patriot
That's all I can really remember right now, recommend flood.

3 RepliesEdited by RomanGladiator7: 9/8/2014 3:34:38 PMNot the typical 'war' movies (more like spy/espionage but they do have great suspense and action), but there are three good movies based on Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan novels: The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, and Clear and Present Danger. Also The Sum of All Fears is decent, but not as good.
