The Heroic/Legendary/Mythic status was based off of the trust rating you had when we migrated bungie.net to bungie.next. Trust rating was the underlying "score" used to determine your title. halo.bungie.net is not necessarily displaying the title you had on that transition date for a variety of reasons. The point to remember is that when we migrated you to bungie.next, we copied your records to a new database, and froze them as your "legacy profile" at whatever they were at that moment in time.
It is important to remember, though - if you don't have it when you start playing the game, then there isn't anything to be done. We did our best to try and match up your data with your current profile, but it has been nearly two years.
There are very few people who have Mythic, though - it will be one of the rarer emblems in the game that the general population could have.

i've linked my xbox live and playstation accounts to my bungie.net account and it shows my stats from halo2, halo 3, halo ODST, and Halo Reach but i don't seem to have pathfinder or inner chamber. any reason why i wouldn't have one of those? Any answer would be of great help.

If it can't be done what's the point really?! Why tell people in the update if this percentage of people's statuses would be read wrong. Oh well.

tfw got demoted from legendary to heroic one week before the transition because of a warning. Thanks for clearing that up though, I appreciate the extra swag for being dedicated to the site!

While it only says exalted in my current frozen account, I know for a fact that I was heroic before the close.). I was a pretty darn active member of the flood back in the day. I got my hopes up when I heard I might get something from all that time I killed, too.

When I logged on I saw the blue shield mythix emblem. Yet when i clicked tess' inventory there was nothing there. The game obviously knew I was mythic but didn't give it too me. Any reason?

Just got on Destiny a little while ago and checked the special orders kiosk; should qualify for Shield of Heroes, The Inner Chamber and Pathfinder Sign (and maybe Song of Spheres, I honestly can't recall if I participated back then), but none of em showed up. That kinda sucks, as I only found out about these emblems today :/
