I remember being active on the Flood way back and I think the highest status I reached was Noble Heroic Member. I checked my account and I lost Heroic, but Noble is still there. Hopefully, I still qualify for the Heroic emblem.

The qualifications say "Once reached", so I don't think you'll miss it.
