(Warframe) how do you kill Vor
The mercury mission . He just keeps warping and draining health through my shields, and spawning 8 guys. Only a level 7 Excaliber with the starting weapons(skana, mk1 shotgun, mk1furis). It's like he has clones or something.
Update:
Done it in 5 minutes pubbing. After i killed Vor, am i done with his quest line, and how do i further upgrade the ship?

4 RepliesSorry, you can't upgrade the ship. But you can get a Kubrow, and let me tell you, It's really hard to get one, but when you do... They are awesome.

Do not solo any boss mission solo, first of all. Always play with other people. My suggestion? Don't get it close. Hit him from a distance an use good cover. He will destroy you at close range with his grenades (have to watch out for those). My suggestion? Buy the Braton. It's an excellent starter weapon, great accuracy, decent damage, decent fire rate. Always go for the head. That's how my squad beat him.

I beat him solo with the starting weapons just move around alot and watch your health

1 ReplyJust smash your face against the keyboard and he'll die in about 20 seconds. It really isn't a hard fight at all. Are you trying to solo a boss with starting weapons or something? That's not going to happen. Play with other people.

Are you soloing it? Don't do that. There's no reason to make it harder on yourself. I've beaten him tons of times. More recently on PS4, and on PC a long time ago. It's not hard really. Then again, I've never tried to kill him by myself.

Just shoot from a distance, avoid the annoying little yellow things that he drops. Do it with a team if you have trouble solo'ing him

I was able to beat him with higher level players, then solo'd it later with a better Valkyr Just play with other people.

I just did it, no revives left.... on my way to the ship with 13 health, and some magic asshat spawns behind me while i'm cornered and ignores my full shield for crit.....allifeelisrage.gif Hate it when the game cheats. I lost 2 revives just from the oldest glitch in the book: falling through a solid floor into miles of nothing.

You need to learn his different phases. When his bubble is up he is invulnerable to damage. Use that time time kill the mooks and get more ammo. You're kinda low level now, make sure you run with a party. Warframe wiki has a pretty good breakdown of his 3 stages that I suggest reading up on.

His teleporting ability is annoying as hell, try draining his shields first and always find cover so you can't be hit by the lasers. It's really annoying since he will then spawn more units, finding cover and timing your shots are pretty much what's going to help you beat him in a low level.

4 RepliesYeah, thats his gimmick. Deal with the others first while taking cover from his lasers. Then just melee him when hes alone. Rinse and repeat. Im not too familiar wih excaliburs skills so cant help u with that part.
