Who here thinks that Bethesda & Bungie should unite to make a game together?
-
No just he'll no bungie is independent I mean look at activision they did not do poop they published the game that's all they did
-
It should be Bungie and me. We'd make an awesome game.
-
It would be epic of epic epicness.
-
No no no. It needs to be Bungie and From Software.
-
Bungie plus bethesda? Life ._.
-
How about bioware? They have their mass effect credentials.
-
Bethesda makes the world(s), character creation, and NPC models... Bungie makes the mechanics, gear, Animations, and Competitive.... Both make the Lore, trailers, DLC, and Dungeons (Let's face it, Bethesda was a little lazy with most of their dungeons...) There we go! Perfect game!
-
My only thing against this is the fact that Bethesda would only primarily work on their title behind the pod-bay doors. I'm looking at you RAGE, and your Anarchy Edition.
-
Bungie needs to team up with Rockstar again and create an open world gta like game. This game would, naturally, be a successor to the one and only, ONI! With Konoko front and center. It would be a sweet game, methinks.
-
Nah. Bethesda and Bungie are both phenomal companies, but they are both two completely different types of game makers. Bethesda is the master of RPG such as Elder Scrolls, Fallout, ect... But Bungie is the creator of the Halo saga, a completely different type of game. They are known for the futuristic shootem up/ online multiplayer that we all love and know them for. They can try it out by all means, I would buy it. But in my opinion Bungie needs to stick with what they do in their futuristic mmo type games, and Bethesda can progress towards Bungies status level, starting with Elder Scrolls online. Which i am also buying. But hey, just my opinion.

Edited by FR1G1T: 9/7/2014 2:11:44 AMYou took my -blam-ing topic you douche, I've had a topic like that for months just having the occasional reply
-
No because I don't want to pay a monthly $15 sub along with PS+
-
I would always want studios to collaborate and come up with amazing games. Engineers should be running the world =)
-
NO! Bethesda has done some of most disapointing games i have ever player. Skyrim is most dumbed down game ever. Morrow wind was master peace compared to any bethesda games following it. Now all bethesda games are just "Follow compas and be done with it". You dont need to focus on world around you because blue magick compas will just guide you where you should go. And there isn't any places to explore because the freaking magick compat will show you if there is something near by. Where is freaking sense of discovering and adventure in that?????? Freaking daedrick items are just common as iron items. Items dont break, you can equip only 4 peaces of armor and it doesn't realy even matter what you use because with fullu upgraded ironsword you need to hit enemy 4 times when with fully upgraded daedrick sword you need only 3 hits. you can even buy daedrick stuff from all shops, when in comparision in morrow wind there was......what 2 daedrick helmets and like 2 peaces of other daedrick items. Those things felt like treasures and you were redy to kill innocent for them. There is no sense of adventure in skyrim. In morrow wind you needed to be sure that you can travel from starting town to balmora if you didnt use stiltrider. It felt like real adventure, being weak and runing from cliffracers diving to water so you can escape their sharp peaks even for moment just to get bitten by slaughterfish. Fall Out 3 was good and there was feeling of adventure but Skyrim was freaking bad.

Bethesda is great and all but their not on the top of my list
-
Please no. There's enough bug-riddled infested Bethesda games out there.
-
Maybe, as long as Bethesda doesn't do the characters. Skyrim was the first game they made where the character models weren't a complete joke
-
Just no more ESO and I'm happy!
-
Oh God. Whatever comes of this... LET IT COME
-
If Bungie and Bethesda co-developed a true open world sandbox game, my head would probably explode. Bethesda and Bungie would both work together to make a strong Singleplayer, and Bungie would take the lead in the Multiplayer aspect of the game.
-
Besthda would make the story and give the players the ablitiy to actually effect the story. Bungie would just do game play
-
While I think Bunthesda would be make excellent games, I'm worried that their distinctive flavours would become mixed and muddled in a way that I would find less appetizing and I already like what they are doing on their own. Just because two things taste great on their own, it doesn't mean that they should ever be mixed together, can you imagine pizza mixed into ice cream?
-
THIS WOULD BE AWESOME! It's behalf Fallout/ Skyrim and Halo!
-
They would spend 20 years making the game though. It would be the best -blam!-in game ever, but would take waaaay too long for them to produce because they are both perfectionists.
-
Definitely not. Their way too different in how they develop and market their games.
-
Nah Their styles are too different
