I know I had the Bungie.net nameplate for halo 2 on my account. Since the only way to even get it was by having a bungie account linked to your gamertag. Hopefully someone can look into it.

Sorry, I somehow missed the notification for your earlier reply. Off the top of my head, to get the Halo 2 nameplate in Reach, all you needed to do was have a Gamertag linked to your Bungie.net profile which played Halo 2, the Bungie.net profile didn't neccessarily need to exist back when you were playing Halo 2. I also don't think that changing your gamertag would affect the date which your account was created. Tell you what, go to the All topics forum and sort it by "Favorites". Then, keep scrolling back in history until you reach the final page. Find a thread that you've created, and tell me when you created it.

I'm not talking about reach. I'm talking about the name plate of bungie.net for halo 2. This is the first time bungie ever had a nameplate starting with halo 2. It was on your gamertag in matchmaking for halo 2 the actual game. I don't have any created topics since honestly I don't post I just read or look for information since I found a few topics on my issue but they weren't to helpful or informative on the issue. I appreciate the help I know I have had this account for longer then 5 years. I can't remember if I changed anything else but in order to even activate the nameplate which says bungie.net in Halo 2 for the game Halo 2 was only online to turn it off or on.

  • My apologies, I actually never played much Halo 2 back in its era so I didn't remember that you could also have nameplates for it, so I assumed you were talking about Reach. Is it at all possible that the email associated with your gamertag might have changed? That's the last thing I can think of that might have thrown things off. If so, if you can recover the Microsoft Account through Microsoft's support services that was associated with your gamertag originally, then it might remember your history. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas, a Bungie employee might know more though, sorry I can't be of help.
