I've been debating the same question a little bit as well. I honestly think that out of the three supers, the Hunter is one of the best, mainly because it has a higher accuracy and the fact that you can [i]technically[/i] use it multiple times (When I say multiple I mean that it has 3-4 shots). When you have the Warlock, they have their Fist of Havoc, which is an AOE, that is a one shot, and kills or damages enemies in a specific radius, while the Warlock, who has their Nova Bomb, which is an explosive blast type,, more so a grenade-esk super. I think that people are finding Golden Gun better because they're already used to firing handcannons and other guns, so it'll just be easy to switch from one gun to another. The Golden Gun is also a beast in PVP, killing other guardians in one shot, so having 3-4 kills in the time of Golden Gun is definitely a very good super. I chose to be a Hunter well before the beta came out, but I'm planing on playing all three, so I can get the full experience. When I played the Beta, I did see a vast array of different classes being played, so I'm not sure. I think everyone should just play every class, so they experience the game to the fullest.
