Bungie Not Providing Review Copies of Destiny to the Press
Bungie isn't giving out review copies of Destiny until the day before release? How is the press supposed to put together a meaningful and thoughtful review in less than a day?
I'm pretty excited for this game, but shutting out the media like this adds to the suspicion that maybe this game isn't as large as we are expecting.

4 RepliesI believe this is two things. 1. Bungie taking 'no spoilers' to a whole new level. 2. Fair reviews. You can't give an honest review of an online Co-Op multiplayer shooter with only the same handful of fellow reviewers doing the same generalized content. You need them to spread out and actually explore the game to give both good and bad criticisms. Otherwise, you would have a stereotypical "CoD:CopyPaste gets another 9.5/10 by IGN. More of the same stuff, for the same score"
