He is referring to them "building" something to enter the vault...Just entering the raid is a puzzle. Took one team Bungie put together 16 hours just to open the door. There is no forge mode.

Weren't there 4 teams who tried the raid and 2 of them succeeded in opening the vault? And someone said, that the first time it could take op to a few hours, but the second time you know what to do, so it could only take 45 min to enter?
