No one can ever 'troll' your game. Secondly, enemies do respawn, on a quite fast rate. Thirdly, all loot is to you. There is no shared drop loot. Whats on your screen is yours. Fourthly, you should have known that this game was all online anyways.

Pretty much this, have a like! I'm not sure why you're surprised, Conmann46, considering Destiny has always been marketed as a shared world game and most gameplay you'll find has at least one other person just doing what you are. In the beta where there were plenty of opportunities to harrass me, not once did other players purposefully kill enemies I had my sights on for quests and they didn't disrupt my progress in a public event or a boss. I did however encounter players who were a constant annoyance when it came to having to revive them in the Devil's Lair strike, and I did see some ragequitters, but this applies to so many games where you're supposed to share the world with other players. I've heard but not seen anything to confirm that you can actually play offline or at least on your own. I know that you can play some missions without encountering other players, but if you want SP-only, you'll miss out on strikes, raids and PvP. I'm really not sure if this is the game for you, because outside of explore mode and missions everything else involves player input.

Although these were legitimate issues I had with the game, I never really intended to cancel my preorder. Your insight was great though. I didn't really know that much about the game, just the little I played in the beta and what I had read on the forums.
