Eh. Having a house would be interesting but I don't see you doing much with it. You're a Guardian, you're to be fending off the Darkness....can't really do that by sitting in your house or having parties. Now if there was a courtyard or something for Clans then fine, ok I can see that but a house for individual Guardians? No thanks (it'd probably be more like Guardian Apartments than actual houses). As for the Ship...well it doesn't really look all that big. When we see our first ship it looks to be large enough to fit you but not large enough to house you. Its a fighter not a cruiser.
