Important tip for anyone planning on doing long gaming sessions!! Seriously

Be sure to get up every couple of hours to do some stretching for about ten minutes to keep the blood circulating properly in your body and to try to prevent blood clots!! No joke on this. The body doesn't do well when it's immobile for long period of time!

  • That's a super good tip. I work hunched in crazy positions for 8+ hours a day and I can feel when I forget to get up and move... Maybe the xbox users should use the xbox fit thing every couple of hours and do the 10 min yoga warm up. I bet that would be really good.
